Terms and Conditions of the QLdecor Online Store effective as of: 13.06.2025

The online store available at https://qldecor.shop is operated by Seyco Sp. z o.o. Spółka Komandytowa, with its registered office at ul. Henryka Sienkiewicza 85/87/8, 90-057 Łódź, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number: 0000845873, NIP: 7252300053, REGON: 386290415, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.

1. Definitions

1.1. Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit placing an order in the store.

1.2. Consumer – a natural person making purchases not directly related to their business or professional activity.

1.3. Store – the online store available at https://qldecor.shop.

1.4. Goods – products offered in the store, including handles, knobs, ready-made furniture, and custom-made furniture.

1.5. Terms and Conditions – this document.

2. Placing Orders

2.1. Orders may be placed through the website 24/7.

2.2. A purchase can be made as a guest or by creating a customer account.

2.3. Placing an order requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

3. Prices and Payments

3.1. All prices are quoted in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.

3.2. Available payment methods:

online payment systems (Tpay or Stripe)traditional bank transfer (upon request)payment upon personal collection (if available)

3.3. Full payment details are provided during checkout.

4. Delivery

4.1. Orders are delivered within the European Union and the United Kingdom.

4.2. Delivery methods:

courier servicesInPost parcel lockers (if applicable)personal collection at the QLdecor showroom (ul. Kobierzycka 18, 52-315 Wrocław)

4.3. Delivery costs and estimated time are displayed during checkout.

5. Order Fulfillment

5.1. The standard order processing time is:

2–3 business days for furniture accessoriesup to 7 business days for selected productsup to 21 business days for custom-made furniture

5.2. In the event a product is unavailable, the Customer will be notified and may choose to modify or cancel the order.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

6.2. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Seller by email and return the goods to the address provided by the Seller.

6.3. The following are not eligible for return:

custom-made furniture (in accordance with Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act)

6.4. The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer.

7. Complaints

7.1. If a product is inconsistent with the contract, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.

7.2. Complaints should be sent to: design@qldecor.com with photos documenting the issue.

7.3. Complaints are reviewed within 14 calendar days of receiving the submission.

8. Customer Account

8.1. Customers may create an account in the store to track orders and access their purchase history.

8.2. The account can be deleted at any time by contacting the store's support.

9. Personal Data

9.1. The controller of personal data is Seyco Sp. z o.o. Sp.k.

9.2. Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Polish law.

10.2. These Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the store’s website.

10.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Any changes will not affect orders already placed.
