2. Scope of processed data

We process personal data in the following scope:

- first and last name

- e-mail address

- delivery and/or billing address

- phone number

- payment and transaction information

- data necessary to create a store account (login, password – password is encrypted)

- IP address, device identifiers, browser data (cookies)

3. Purposes and legal basis of data processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

to fulfill orders and deliveries, i.e. to process data necessary to conclude and execute a sales contract

4. Data recipients

Your data may be shared with the following entities:

payment providers:

- Stripe, Tpay

- e-commerce platform provider: Ecwid

- courier companies and logistics operators

- entities providing analytical and remarketing services (e.g. Google, Meta – only if active)

5. Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area (EEA)

Data may be transferred outside the EEA, in particular to the USA, only if services are provided by companies that guarantee an adequate level of data protection, such as Stripe, Google, or Meta.

Such transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

- order data – for the period required by law, usually 6 years

- user account data – until the account is deleted or an objection is raised

- marketing data – until consent is withdrawn

- cookie data – for up to 12 months or according to browser settings

The website of the store may use cookies for the purposes of:

- conducting remarketing activities (e.g. Facebook Pixel – if activated in the future)

Additionally, the Ecwid platform on which the store operates may use its own technical and functional cookies — e.g. to operate the cart, manage user sessions, remember language preferences, and process payments.

Creating an account in the store requires providing personal data. Passwords are stored in encrypted form and are not accessible to the administrator.
