1. General provisions

The online store available at qldecor.shop is operated by:

2. Definitions

• Seller — SEYCO SP. Z O.O. SP. K.
• Customer — any person placing an order in the Store.
• Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person purchasing for non-business purposes.
• Store — the online store at qldecor.shop.
• Product — a good available in the Store’s offer.
• Order — a declaration of will by the Customer to conclude a sales contract.

3. Placing orders

Orders may be placed 24/7. The Customer places an order by adding Products to the cart and completing the order form. The sales contract is concluded upon the Seller’s confirmation of the order. Confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are gross prices (inclusive of VAT) and are expressed in Euros (EUR). The Seller reserves the right to change prices and promotions. Available payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and other methods available at checkout.

5. Delivery

Detailed information on delivery (timelines, costs, coverage area) is set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. The withdrawal and return procedure is detailed in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Complaints

The Seller is liable for physical and legal defects in Products sold (statutory warranty). Complaints should be submitted to: sales@qldecor.com. The Seller will respond within 14 days of receipt.

8. Personal data

The principles for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. Dispute resolution

Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including the EU ODR platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The Seller endeavours to resolve all disputes amicably.

10. Final provisions

Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Customers will be notified of changes with at least 14 days’ notice.
