2. Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. For made-to-order products, the processing time may be longer — we will inform you before checkout.

3. Estimated delivery times

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, dimensions and delivery address.

Free shipping conditions are displayed on the product page and at checkout — they may vary by product category and current promotions.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number by e-mail. If you have not received it within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

6. Delivery issues

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at sales@qldecor.com. Transit damage claims are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
