Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective date: 1 July 2025

⚠️ IMPORTANT — MADE-TO-ORDER FURNITURE & CUSTOM COMPONENTS

Bespoke furniture, custom-sized cabinet fronts, panels cut or processed to customer specification, and any other products manufactured to individual order CANNOT be returned — pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and applicable national law.

These products are personalised and produced exclusively to fulfil a specific order. The Customer is informed of this exclusion before placing the order and must confirm they have acknowledged this.

1. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving their order.

The deadline is met if the withdrawal notice is sent before it expires.

2. How to return an order

Step 1 — Notify us

Send an e-mail to sales@qldecor.com with:

• your order number,
• which products you wish to return,
• a statement of withdrawal (you may use the template below).

Step 2 — Pack the products

Pack the products in original or equivalent packaging that ensures safe transport.

Step 3 — Ship the package

Send the products to:

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the defect is due to the Seller's error.

Step 4 — Refund

Upon receiving the return and verifying the condition of the products, the Seller will refund all payments (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days, using the same payment method chosen by the Customer.

3. Withdrawal statement template

I, [Full Name], hereby declare that I withdraw from the sales contract for the following products: [product names], order no. [order number], received on [date]. Please refund to my original payment method.

4. Exceptions — when returns are not accepted

The right of withdrawal does not apply to (Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU):

• products made to order or clearly personalised, including in particular:
• furniture and furniture components made to measure,
• cabinet fronts tailored to customer specification,
• panels cut or processed according to individual order,
• any other products manufactured to a customer's individual specification,
• products that, due to their nature, become inseparably combined with other goods after delivery.

5. Condition of returned products

The Customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. Items should be returned undamaged, complete and preferably in their original packaging.

6. Warranty claims

1. The Seller is liable for physical and legal defects in sold products for 2 years from the date of delivery to the Consumer.

1. A complaint should include: description of the defect, date of discovery, order number and request (repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal).
2. The Seller will respond within 14 days of receipt.
3. The Customer should send or deliver the product at the Seller's expense.

7. Damage in transit

If your product arrived damaged:

1. Have the courier prepare a damage report before signing (or refuse delivery).
2. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product.
3. Contact us immediately: sales@qldecor.com

Complaints about transit damage are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
