Order fulfilment: name, delivery address, e-mail, phone, payment details (payment provider — we do not store card data). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Customer account (optional): storing data for future purchases. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Legal obligations: invoices retained for 5 years. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Marketing (with consent): promotional communications, withdrawable at any time. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Analytics and cookies: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Advertising.

3. Who we share data with

Only: logistics providers, payment operators (Stripe, PayPal), Shopify Inc., public authorities. We do not sell personal data.

4. International transfers

Transfers to third countries (Shopify, Google, Meta) based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
